Mission

To enhance the faculty’s position on both the Arabic and international levels, establishing it as a premier faculty within an Egyptian University. We aim to increase its competitiveness regionally and internationally by providing high-quality services to prospective students, thereby enhancing scientific and educational quality, and developing the faculty's staff and administrative hierarchy. By showcasing the faculty’s excellence, we seek to attract students who will serve as ambassadors in their home countries.

The office aims to provide a variety of services to prospective students and streamline administrative admission procedures. We aspire to make our office a pioneering, ambitious, and trusted entity within the faculty's educational, research, and accreditation systems, adhering to global standards.

Major Goals of the Office

  • Support the faculty’s position as one of the best Egyptian faculties.
  • Provide information on all educational programs and admission requirements.
  • Facilitate and follow up on applications, registration, and graduation for prospective students.
  • Emphasize the importance of prospective students to staff, administrators, and current students.
  • Provide comprehensive care for prospective students within the faculty.
  • Assist in resolving educational, residential, and other issues within and outside the faculty.

Mechanisms to Attract Prospective Students

Medical Care Programs

  • Provide a clinic staffed by one doctor and two nurses year-round, managing medical emergencies and routine care. Transfer to the university hospital with covered fees if necessary.

Social Care Programs

  • Residence: Offer accommodation in university dormitories and other university-affiliated places, subject to fee payment.
  • Feeding: Provide access to a central university restaurant offering low-cost meals.

Academic Support Programs

  • Conduct training workshops in computer skills and various languages.
  • Maintain a database of prospective student information to facilitate communication and procedures.
  • Implement a scientific pioneer system to guide and support students academically, helping them navigate any unexpected problems.
