Mission
The electronic exams unit at the Faculty of Pharmacy supports the faculty's students by evaluating their skills and knowledge related to various programs' courses. This is achieved by offering different exams using methods that ensure fair, honest, and consistent results. The unit is committed to maintaining a professional level in administering electronic exams and developing them to meet the requirements of all members involved in the educational process.
Strategic Goals
- Support the faculty's departments in developing methods for student and exam assessment and result announcements, using these methods to enhance the educational process output.
- Prepare trained cadres (academic staff members and cooperative body) from the faculty's departments to conduct electronic exams using various electronic systems.
- Provide the necessary requirements, including experts specialized in the electronic exams domain, for the departments.
- Offer technical support to different departments conducting electronic exams.
- Encourage departments to implement electronic assessment systems (including electronic exams and the analysis of exam results).
- Monitor satisfaction indicators of students and academic staff members regarding electronic exam systems.
- Review and produce semi-annual reports on electronic exam assessments, preparing execution plans to address weaknesses and enhance strengths.
- Issue information and periodic statistics on the development levels of electronic assessment systems.
