Community Services and Environmental Affairs Sector

Honored to welcome you by the beginning of the new academic year in the Faculty of Pharmacy. I wish you the best of luck during this year and continued success and commitment to the university's values. You and your stand out are a firm support to build up this country. I wish you a prosperous future and a year full of science and hope.

The Community Services and Environmental Affairs sector in the faculty seeks to contribute effectively to achieving the faculty and university's vision and mission. To reach our country's 2030 vision correctly through implementing multiple tasks internally and externally. Internally, we strive to provide the appropriate environment to execute the educational and research process at a high level. Externally, we follow the link between the faculty and the external society through health, awareness, and consultancy services and contribute to solving societal and environmental challenges.

So, I call on my students to take advantage of all activities offered by the faculty, including training courses, workshops, and different seminars within the framework of continuous pharmaceutical education. The Community Services and Environmental Affairs sector continuously seeks to organize various activities. We are glad to have your participation and to see you acquiring daily-needed skills related to the pharmaceutical practical side.

Regarding the rapid progress that the world has witnessed in the pharmaceutical education domain and various activities related to drug manufacturing, the faculty decided to establish a virtual pharmacy. Additionally, we are signing multiple agreements with different institutions to train graduates and develop efficient pharmacists whose role extends beyond drug dispensing and working at pharmacies. This includes applying to clinical pharmacies in public hospitals, participating in treatment plans, and joining pharmaceutical information and medical research centers.

My dear, I wish you a fruitful academic year and many enjoyable academic years ahead.
