Overview
The Department studies medicinal plants ,herbs and other natural resources starting from morphology , microscopic examination then active substances (which have therapeutic effect), ending with separation methods, studying the chemical structure, the possibility of medical use, using modern biotechnology methods to produce natural materials, and pharmaceutical control on herbal drugs.
